What you are buying, what it does not do, and the rules that apply to it.
Who you are buying from
Sofra & Co is operated by Grey Dog Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Buying a plan means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of a seven-dinner Mediterranean meal plan, delivered as a printable PDF and a private link, with a grocery list sorted by aisle and scaled to the household size you gave us. The price is $19, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing recurs.
The plan is yours to keep and reprint. You may use it in your own household. You may not resell it, republish it, or pass it on as your own.
Delivery
Your plan is emailed to the address you gave at checkout, normally within a minute, and it is also available on the page you land on after paying. The private link works for 30 days. If it expires, or the email never arrives, write to us and we will send a fresh one.
Allergies, and what our plan does not do
We ask what you avoid and we use your answers to choose which week you receive. You must still read every recipe and check every ingredient label yourself. We do not guarantee that any plan is free from any particular allergen. We cannot account for how a product is manufactured, what a brand changes, cross-contamination in a kitchen or a factory, or the specific items you buy. If anyone at your table has a serious allergy, treat the plan as a suggestion and verify everything before you cook it.
This is food, not medicine
Sofra sells meal plans. It is not medical advice, it is not nutritional counselling, and it is not a treatment or a weight-loss programme. Nothing we publish is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are managing a diet on medical advice, your doctor or a registered dietitian is the authority, not us.
Refunds
Sixty days, in full, and you keep the plan. The detail is on the refund policy page and it forms part of these terms.
What belongs to us
The recipes, the writing, the images, the grocery lists and the design of every Sofra plan belong to Grey Dog Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Buying a plan gives you the right to use it, not to own it.
Availability
We work to keep the site up and the plans delivered. We do not promise that the site is available without interruption, and we are not responsible for a failure caused by something outside our control.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Sofra is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The terms that applied on the day you bought are the terms that govern your purchase.
